Micronized creatine has particles that are 20 times smaller than regular creatine. This provides a greater uptake into the muscles, and also makes it less likely to clump when drinking.

In our search to create and select the best products we talked to a lot of companies. In all products, only the highest quality ingredients are used. Ingredients and final-products are tested throughout the process to ensure purity.
Our Change™ Complete package contains 1 pouch of protein (900gr), and 1 pouch of Creatine (250gr). This is a great combination to get familiar with our products and will last you one to three months.
Because our Change™ Protein is designed and custom manufactured from scratch, we have every batch tested by independent Dutch laboratory EUROFINS. We test for the presence of heavy metals and the specified amino acids. Change™ Creatine is purchased from our Dutch supplier. Because we don't modify the formula, shape or form, we use documentation of the manufacturer.
Protein: Once or twice a day 30gr. Creatine: Once a day 3-5gr.
For our protein, we work with Dutch manufacturer Nuvita. Nuvita is FSSC22000 certified and uses only the best ingredients. All ingredients are tested and certified. We also decided to have each batch of final products tested by independent Dutch laboratory EUROFINS. For our Creatine, we work with Dutch supplier Triple Pharma.
