The products are shipped at the risk of The Change Starts BV. The buyer bears the risk for the products from the moment they are presented for receipt at the specified address. 8.2. The buyer is obliged to receive the products upon delivery. Failing this, the products will be returned by the courier service. The related transport and administration costs are for the account of the buyer. 8.3. If the buyer refuses to receive the products upon delivery, they will be returned to The Change Starts BV. The Change Starts BV is in no way liable for damage to products caused by incorrect handling, incompetence, incorrect assembly, incorrect use or use outside the specifications. 13.3. The Change Starts BV will inform the buyer as soon as possible of a (imminent) force majeure. Section 15: Dissolution 15.1. The Change Starts BV is at all times authorized to claim compensation from the buyer, as well as to take back the delivered products. 15.4. In the event that the buyer wishes to dissolve the agreement, he will at all times first give The Change Starts BV written notice of default and allow it a reasonable term to still fulfill its obligations or to repair shortcomings, which shortcomings must be accurately reported by the buyer in writing. to describe. 15.5. This does not include items specially delivered to order or other causes of depreciation. All sales via e-mail or telephone of products that are not in stock are considered sales made to order. The Change Starts BV maintains its own stock. Stock is also available at suppliers of The Change Starts BV. Paragraph 16: Applicable law 16.1. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
