The way we ship and process returns.
As an online focussed business, shipping forms a crucial part in the process of getting the product to your doorstep. We have setup some basic guidelines for our shipping process: - Orders placed on workdays before 18:00 are shipped the same day - Orders placed in weekends are shipped on Mondays - We ship through DHL (The Netherlands) and POSTnl (Belgium), offering 1-day delivery as standard - Free shipping applies on orders over €30 - Under €30 a fixed shipping rate of €3,90 applies (The Netherlands and Belgium)
We care about the environment
Packaging can be done in many ways. To reduce the environmental impact, we package your order in boxes made of recycled cardboard. These boxes are filled with (as little as possible) recycled paper and closed using paper tape. Because we only use paper materials (no plastic tape for instance!) the complete packaging can be easily recycled.
DHL - Dutch customers will receive their order through DHL. Smaller packages containing only supplements, such as B12 and Omega 3, will be shipped in small boxes that can fit in your mailbox. This not only enables delivery when you are not at home, it also prevents the courier of making a second round. Larger packages, such as protein, will be delivered by the courier in person. Through our trackingcode (which you will receive after we have shipped your order) you can see when delivery is scheduled. Did you miss the courier and was there no alternative available (such as your neighbour)? Your package will then be available for pickup for 2 weeks, after which it will be returned to us. You can check the pickup address through the trackinglink. POSTnl - Belgian customers will receive their order through POSTnl. All orders will be delivered by the courier in person. Through our trackingcode (which you will receive after we have shipped your order) you can see when delivery is scheduled. Did you miss the courier? Your package will then be available for pickup for 1 week, after which it will be returned to us. You can check the pickup address through the trackinglink.
Returning your order
Of course talking about returns is only a necessary evil, but we want to inform you nevertheless. We accept returns within 14 days after you have received your order. Due to hygiene, we accept unopened/unused products only. If you want to return your order, then please follow the following steps:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com in which you inform us about your upcoming return. Mentioning a reason is not mandatory, but we do appreciate it to improve our business
- Download this form (click to download) and fill it in
- Include the form in your return shipment, package it well, and send it with a tracking option to the following addres: The Change Starts Returns, Mercuriusweg 118, 2516AW, The Hague, The Netherlands
- After we have received your return shipment we will check the products and refund you within 2 weeks through the original payment method you used when placing the order
At the moment we unfortunately don't offer a free return service.
