The tastiest protein pancakes for after a workout or just because you feel like it (we won't judge, ever).
- 150 gr spelled flour - 120 g buckwheat flour - 1 scoop Change™ Vanilla Protein 👊 - 300 ml vegetable milk after choice 🥛 - Pinch of sea salt - 1 tablespoon 🥄 broken linseed
1. Mix the linseed with 2 tablespoons of water and let it sit for a few minutes. 2. Then add the vegetable milk and linseed to the dry ingredients and mix into a batter with a whisk or spatula. 3. Put the batter in a pancake pan or regular pan together with a little oil and bake! 4. We used coconut yogurt with mango, coconut grater and a little agave syrup as a topping. Puru's tip: replace the spelled flour with chickpea flour for extra protein! 🏋️♂️ Tip for the real sweet tooth among us: add a mashed banana to the batter. Enjoy! 🤤
