A healthy hazelnut paste without refined sugars but with protein! What else do you want? YUM!
- 225 gr (2 cups) hazelnuts - 1 scoop Change™ Vanilla Protein 👊 - 50 gr (2/3 cup) cocoa powder 🍫 - 236 ml (1 cup) vegetable milk of your choice 🥛 - 7 soaked medjoul dates - Pinch of sea salt
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and roast the hazelnuts for about 5-7 minutes. You can now easily get the skins off the hazelnuts by placing them between a tea towel and rubbing them. 2. Put the roasted hazelnuts in a food processor or blender. Let it turn until it becomes a creamy mass. This may take a while, allow 2 to 5 minutes. It is advisable to pause and stir every now and then! 3. Then add the protein powder, cocoa powder, vegetable milk, dates and salt and blend until everything is well mixed. Tip: you can add a little extra 🌱 milk to thin the pasta if desired. Enjoy! 🤤
