Dry part: 70 gr almond flour 100 gr (gluten-free) oatmeal flour 1 scoop Change vanilla protein 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp gingerbread spices Pinch of salt Wet part: 3 large ripe bananas 5 medjool dates 40 ml vegetable milk 2 tbsp applesauce (as an egg substitute)
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. - Mix the dry ingredients together and blend/mix the wet ingredients together. - Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix lightly. - Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake the banana bread for about 60 minutes. Easy peasy.
